The Old North is part of the first master plan designed by Sir Patrick Geddes and approved in the late 1920s. Proximity to the sea will allow you to enjoy swimming or surfing on a daily basis or subscribe to the iconic Gordon pool. The building is designed by Yasky Architects' and includes 10 quality apartments. A garden apartment with a private courtyard is located on the ground floor.
